Plaited Side Cornrows

This look is Kendall's take on the cornrow. She has plaited just six cornrows onto the side of her hair and let the rest of her loose hair cascade over and around the plaits. The result? Stylish, modern, sexy. If you want the look yourself, comb and dampen your hair a little first because this makes it easier to work with. Part your hair where you want the cornrows to start and pin up the rest of your hair so that it doesn't get in the way. Separate the hair into three strands, plait twice to start the cornrow and then continue, plaiting in new hair from underneath the middle strand as you go. Secure the end of the cornrow with a small band and then repeat four or five times.

Sexy Voluminous Waves

This look is achieved with a little backcombing and your hair curling tongs. You'll need a back combing brush, a thin brush with a three or more rows of bristles. Gently brush your hair the wrong way, up towards your head rather than away from it. Your hair will grow in volume which you can then smooth, wave and curl with your curling tongs. A simple way to look glamorous and sexy.

Ballerina Bun

If you want to add a bun to your hair, you'll need a bun ring. These incredibly useful and simple foam rings can be used to create super stylish buns in next to no time. Pull your hair back into a ponytail, thread it through the ring and then spread your hair over the ring to conceal it. Tuck your hair under the ring, wrapping the ponytail around the bun as you go and fix with bobby pins. If your hair isn't long enough for a bun, there is an even simpler solution: a fake hair bun. Choose one to match your hair colour and simply fix to the back or top of your head with pins. Instant glamour!

The Signature High Pony

To achieve this look, add some waves to your hair with some hair curling tongs before sweeping your hair back and up into a ponytail.

Sleek and Straight

If your hair isn't as thick and long naturally as you would like it to be, you can still achieve this look with some clip in cheap hair extensions. They will add length and volume to your hair and if they are real hair you can style them with your straighteners just as you would your own hair.

Messy Side Fishtail Braid

Part your hair in the centre of your head but don’t take the parting to the back of your head. Separate the hair on one side into three sections and braid, adding hair as you go. Once you reach your ear, sweep the hair from the other side of your head around so that you have all of your hair in one hand, then continue to plait.
